Meet Emma Brillantes

Emma Brillantes is a Registered Provisional Psychologist at Inspired Minds Wellness Centre. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and build a more balanced, intentional life through evidence-based therapy focused on emotional wellbeing, communication, boundaries, healthy habits, and the mind-body connection—so they can feel grounded and confident.
Emma completed her Bachelor of Science at Mount Royal University, followed by her Master of Counselling degree at the City University of Seattle. She is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and brings a balance of professionalism and genuine empathy to her work.
Clinical Approach and Focus Areas
Emma provides therapy for adults, using a collaborative and client-centred approach. She supports individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, including:

- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

- Trauma and stress-related disorders

She strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. By fostering insight, practical skills, and self-understanding, Emma works alongside clients to help them move toward meaningful change and achieve their personal goals. Outside of her professional work, Emma enjoys dancing, watching her favourite TV shows, and taking long walks.
