The Mental Health Day Program at Inspired Minds Wellness Centre offers stabilization and treatment for adults 18 years and older who are experiencing mental health concerns that significantly impair daily functioning or the ability to meet workplace demands. This intensive four-week outpatient program provides a structured and supportive environment where individuals can build coping skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing and work toward improved stability while continuing to live at home.
Programming incorporates evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mindfulness , Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).


The Mental Health Day Program may be appropriate for adults who are:
